RETURN POLICY
If you are less than ecstatic with your Turtleball™ item, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within one year of purchase (upon proof of purchase). Simply fill out the form below, and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we have confirmation that you have shipped back your item, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. To initiate this process, click HERE
UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Turtleball® game sets purchased directly from Turtleball.com or an Approved Turtleball authorized seller come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Accidents happen, and we are here to help! Sometimes items are left at the beach after a long day or coconuts start to wear after many games played at the beach. Coconuts are durable but that does not mean they are not immune to cracks/breakage during shipping or natural use. Thankfully our coconuts will not harm the beach or marine life if broken or left at the beach!
Send us a picture of your damaged product with proof of purchase and we'll replace it, free of charge, forever. This warranty is not transferable.

EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges through our online store. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order from our online store. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If the price has changed, email [email protected] and we'll match the price you originally paid.
