Reseller Program Requirements

To qualify and remain a Turtleball Authorized Reseller, your business must adhere to this Turtleball Authorized Reseller Policy at all times.

1. Maintain Current Business Information & Disclose All Locations that Carry Turtleball

Keep your company information accurate and current, and ensure you disclose all retail locations that sell Turtleball products during your reseller partnership.

Eligible retail locations include your physical stores, your e-commerce websites, and temporary storefronts such as events, trade shows, or pop-up shops.

2. Report Sell-Thru for Physical Retail Location(s) and E-Commerce Sites

Reseller must provide sell-thru information by SKU and approved retail location upon request. Turtleball reserves the right to perform an audit of financial statements pertaining to Turtleball sales or the business operations (conduct) to ensure compliance with this policy.

3. Turtleball's Trademarks & Brand Policy

Reseller must comply with Turtleball Trademark & Brand Policy and represent yourself as a Turtleball Authorized Reseller in all online advertising & sales collateral. Setting up businesses, registering domain names, or social media usernames that contain any of Turtleball's trademarks is strictly prohibited. To ensure compliance with Turtleball's Authorized Reseller Policy, you must only use approved marketing materials for all Turtleball products. 

4. Turtleball's Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Reseller must understand their obligations under Turtleball's MAP Policy and abide by them. 

5. Sell to Retail Consumers Only

Reseller may not sell in bulk to Business-to-Business (B2B) accounts, wholesalers, or freight forwarders/drop shippers for other retailers. Reseller may only sell to your end consumers only.

6. Only Sell Turtleball Products in Original Packaging

Reseller may not alter original Turtleball packaging in any way prior to reselling Turtleball products. Removing Turtleball products from packaging and reselling Turtleball products in a different packaging or under a different name is strictly prohibited.

7. No Bundling Turtleball Products Without Obtaining Permission

Reseller must not re-SKU or bundle Turtleball products in your online assortments & data feeds without receiving prior written permission from Turtleball.

8. Customer Confusion

The reseller will not promote, market, display, or demonstrate non-Turtleball products alongside Turtleball products in a way that suggests the non-Turtleball products are made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Turtleball.

9. Sell on Approved Retail Website(s) Only

Resellers may only accept orders through publicly accessible e-commerce web pages hosted on approved websites owned and operated by your company.

Selling on 3rd party sites (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts (Buy.com, Newegg.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or direct messages on forums is strictly prohibited.

10. Ensure PCI Compliance

Reseller must ensure Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance for all approved commerce-enabled websites owned & operated by your company.

11. Maintain Updated Privacy Policy

Reseller must publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy.

12. Operate Ecommerce Business Separately from Offline Retail Businesses

Resellers should manage inventory for their eCommerce business separately from that of their physical store. It's essential to provide accurate sell-through numbers for each.

13. Security Measures for E-Commerce Sites and Fraud Protection

Resellers must implement industry-standard e-commerce security and fraud protection measures. This includes two-factor authentication, shipping restrictions based on authorized territories, and procedures for resolving customer fraud issues.

14. Obey the Law, Abide by Policy Rules & Serve Customer Needs

Resellers must implement industry-standard e-commerce security and fraud protection measures. This includes using two-factor authentication, enforcing shipping restrictions based on authorized territories, and establishing procedures for resolving customer fraud issues.
